These simple exercises can help you reconnect with your feet, build strength, and improve mobility.
Try them three or four times per week - ideally barefoot.

Ankle circles – 10 each way per side, slow and controlled

Short foot drill – 3 × 10 reps, lift the arch without curling your toes

Big toe stretch – 2 × 30 seconds each side, gentle pressure only

Calf raises – 2 × 12 with straight knees, then 2 × 12 with bent knees

Tibialis raises (at a wall) – 2 × 12, heels down, lift toes toward shins

Single-leg balance – 2 × 30 seconds per side, soft knee, steady gaze
Finish with an easy walk around the room - feel your heel, midfoot, and big toe connect with the floor. Small steps that make a big difference.
